The Toyota Venza might be classified as a ?sport wagon.? It?s a 5-passenger family wagon that rides high and adds extra width,and is available with all-wheel drive (AWD). For 2010,the Venza?s sound system has been updated and Bluetooth connectivity added.

The entry-level power plant for the 2010 Toyota Venza is a 182-horsepower,2.7-liter 4-cylinder engine with a 6-speed automatic transmission that features sequential shift control. It delivers 21 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway with front-wheel drive (FWD),20/28 with AWD,according to the EPA. The upper-trim 268-horsepower,3.5-liter V-6 engine delivers 19 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway with FWD,and 18/25 with AWD.
Standard safety features on the 2010 Toyota Venza include 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes,stability control,traction control,active front head restraints,front seat belt pre-tensioners,front side air bags,and side curtain air bags. In government crash tests,the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) gave the Venza 5 (out of 5) stars across the board in front- and side-impact tests. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) gave the Venza the highest-possible ?Good? ratings in frontal-offset and side-impact tests.
