The Mitsubishi Galant underwent an extensive redesign for the 2009 model year,so the 2010 model is basically a carryover. The Galant is a 5-passenger midsize sedan,with added safety features and touches of luxury at the upper trim levels. The V-6 engine available in previous years is no longer offered. The sole power plant for the 2010 Mitsubishi Galant is a 160-horsepower,2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 157 lb.-ft. of torque. It works with a 4-speed automatic transmission and delivers 21 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway.
