The Verona is Suzuki's player in the family sedan market. You don't see many, despite its low sticker price and generous warranty. Some may find the styling dated, and the interior, though full of nice features, lacks side-curtain airbags. The Verona is also not particularly powerful, with a six-cylinder engine that has less output than Nissan's four-cylinder Altima. The Verona is a decent value, and bargain shoppers will find its sub-$19,000 price tag appealing, although Hyundai's new Sonata is similarly priced and equipped, and offers a more powerful engine and six standard airbags.
