The Suzuki Reno is one of the newer compact cars to arrive from Japan,although its point of origin is actually South Korea. Packed with features and styled to be attractive to a younger audience,the Reno hopes to challenge such popular competitors as the Honda Civic and the Mazda Mazda3. While the Reno certainly looks good on paper,it still falls behind the compact segment leaders in the areas of resale value,fuel economy and refinement. Still,the Reno has a number of strong points,including an impressive list of standard safety features,a very reasonable price tag and a standard seven-year/100,000-mile transferable powertrain warranty.
