The Chrysler Sebring soldiers on for 2006 with only minor changes to its aging platform. In the super-competitive mid-size sedan market,the Sebring is forced to keep pace with new competition from Hyundai,Chevrolet and Ford. To help invigorate the line,Chrysler is adding a limited edition TSi trim that promotes a sporty image. Still,in the areas of chassis and engine refinement,the Sebring will probably need a complete redesign before it can truly compete head on with the best in class.
