The RL is Acura's flagship vehicle. As such,it comes loaded with every possible feature in the company's technological and engineering arsenal. The RL's racy styling,luxurious interior and road-hugging Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system (SH-AWD) should have the competition sweating bullets. Unfortunately,its V6 engine fails to provide the ""push-back-in-your-seat"" acceleration delivered by the V8s found in the Infiniti M45,Audi A6 4.2 and Lexus GS 430. Still,the 290-horsepower RL is no slouch,and with gasoline prices on the rise,consumer preference for power may take a back seat to the RL's more attractive fuel economy.
