Exterior Features
The 2013 Mazda MX-5 Miata is a 2-seat roadster equipped with a soft convertible top or a power-retractable hardtop. It is offered in Sport, Club and Grand Touring trim levels. Standard equipment for the MX-5 Miata Sport includes 16-inch aluminum wheels, 205/50 Yokohama Advan A11A tires, black vinyl top, dual exhaust outlets, and power exterior mirrors.

Interior Features
The 2013 Mazda MX-5 Sport is equipped with air conditioning, power windows, 6-speaker stereo with a CD player and an auxiliary audio input jack, leather-wrapped steering wheel, black cloth upholstery, and a height-adjustable driver's seat.

Optional Features
A Convenience package is optional for the 2013 MX-5 Miata Sport, available only on models equipped with an automatic transmission. It includes power door locks with remote keyless entry, cruise control, steering wheel with audio and cruise control buttons, trip computer, and silver seatback trim. This version also offers the ability to lower the car's windows from a distance using the remote keyless entry fob.

The new-for-2013 Mazda MX-5 Miata Club replaces the former Touring trim level. It has a unique appearance due to black side mirrors, darkened headlight bezels, dark gray seatback trim, black front air dam, and a black rear diffuser panel. A black cloth soft top is standard, and Club models with the optional power-retractable hardtop feature a black-painted roof. The standard 17-inch gunmetal-finish wheels are wrapped with 205/45 Bridgestone Potenza RE050A performance tires.

Inside, the new MX-5 Miata Club model includes the Sport model's Convenience package plus body-color interior trim, dark gray gauge surround, leather-wrapped shift knob, and black cloth seats with red contrast stitching.

The 2013 Mazda MX-5 Miata Grand Touring builds on the Sport model with a standard Convenience package, heated leather seats, leatherette door panel inserts, Bose premium audio system, CD changer, auto-dimming rearview mirror, universal garage door opener, and a leather-wrapped parking brake handle.

Options for the Grand Touring trim level include a sport suspension with a limited-slip differential, and a Premium package with Bluetooth hands-free calling, xenon HID headlights, keyless entry and push-button ignition system, anti-theft alarm system, and a 4-month subscription to satellite radio.

Any MX-5 Miata can be painted in an optional Crystal White Pearl Mica paint color. Mazda also offers satellite radio, cargo net, all-weather floor mats, and clear film front and rear paint protection.

Under the Hood
Every MX-5 Miata is equipped with a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine mounted just behind the front axle. Choose the optional 6-speed automatic transmission and the engine's power rating drops to 158 horsepower at 6,700 rpm.

Club models are equipped with a shock tower brace and, with the standard 6-speed manual transmission, include a standard sport suspension and a limited-slip rear differential. The latter two features are optional for the Grand Touring model.
