The Range Rover Sport features center and rear electronic locking differentials to deliver real-time torque management. The center differential is designed to lock the front and rear axles so all wheels are rotating at the same speed and will receive an equal distribution of torque. The rear locking differential is designed to only lock the rear wheels together. All differentials are locked electronically by the push of a button on the dash. By providing two different locking differentials, the Range Rover Sport can traverse all types of terrain, providing traction when and where required.
