Exterior Features The new Land Rover Range Rover Evoque comes in either a 3-door coupe or 5-door body style, with a choice of three trim levels: Pure, Dynamic, and Prestige. Nineteen-inch aluminum wheels are standard, along with LED running lights, LED taillights, and a fixed panoramic glass roof.
Interior Features The 2012 Range Rover Evoque is equipped with leather, heated power front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, premium sound system, and Bluetooth connectivity with hands-free calling and music streaming.
Optional Features Among the options offered for the Land Rover Range Rover Evoque are a surround camera system, navigation system, high-output 825-watt Meridian audio system, rear-seat entertainment system, and 20-inch aluminum wheels. Upgrading to the Dynamic trim adds perforated leather sport seats, adaptive Xenon headlights, and a power tailgate. An Adaptive Dynamics continually adjustable suspension is optional on this trim. The Prestige trim (5-door body style only) has real wood trim, two-tone leather, and other cosmetic upgrades.
Under the Hood The 2012 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque is fitted with a direct-injected, turbocharged, 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine rated at 240 horsepower. A 6-speed automatic transmission directs power to all four wheels through a permanent all-wheel-drive (AWD) system, and provides paddle shifters for manual gear selection. Land Rover's Terrain Response System is standard, which tailors the AWD system for use on snow, mud, gravel, sand, grass, and over ruts. Hill-start assist, hill-descent control, and a Gradient Release Control system are also included.
