Exterior Features
The 2012 Cadillac Escalade EXT is a full-size luxury pickup truck/SUV crossover offered in three trim levels. Eighteen-inch aluminum wheels are standard.

Interior Features
The Cadillac Escalade EXT seats 5 passengers and offers 45.5 cubic feet of cargo space in the bed.  With the EXT's unique midgate lowered and rear seats folded down, bed space expands to 101 cubic feet, but seating capacity drops to 2 passengers. Base models come equipped with remote ignition and keyless ignition/entry, leather upholstery, power heated front seats, tri-zone automatic climate control, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation system, and an 8-speaker Bose audio system. Top-of-the-line Premium models include a rear-seat DVD entertainment system.

Optional Features
Moving up in trim level adds most of the available options for the Escalade EXT; however, Cadillac offers a few stand-alone options depending on trim. For the Luxury trim level, power-retracting side steps and a rear-seat entertainment system are available, while LED headlamps are available for the Premium trim. A wide variety of upgraded wheels is available for any Escalade EXT.

Under the Hood
The 2012 Cadillac Escalade EXT is fitted with a 6.2-liter V-8 engine rated at 403 horsepower. A 6-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive are standard on every vehicle. The Escalade EXT has a towing capacity of 7,600 pounds.
