Based on the military HUMVEE, which was designed to stringent military specifications, the 2dr Hard Top Hummer is powered by a 195hp 6.5L turbo-diesel V8 that generates a whopping 430lb-ft. of torque. Features include full-time 4-wheel drive, 4-spd automatic, traction control, 16" steel wheels w/beadlocked 37" tires and geared hubs; inboard-mounted 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, multiple heavy-duty cooling systems, air conditioning, power locks & windows, AM/FM cassette, skid plates & rocker panel protection, auxiliary fuel tank, tow & helicopter lift hooks, 16" of ground clearance and a sealed venting system that allows travel in up to 30" of water.
