2014 Kia Cadenza Prices Start at $35,900
"The all-new Cadenza is a world-class Kia for the emerging space between mainstream and luxury and will appeal to discerning shoppers in the market for an upscale sedan," said Tom Loveless, executive vice president of sales, Kia Motors America. "We're confident that Cadenza's sophisticated styling, luxuriously appointed cabin and long list of available technology will make it a strong contender in the marketplace."
Kia offers the 293-horsepower Cadenza with a long list of standard equipment. An optional Luxury package ($3,000) adds premium Nappa leather upholstery, heated front and rear seats, ventilated driver's seat with 12-way power adjustment and 2-position memory, heated and power-operated tilt/telescoping steering wheel, power panoramic sunroof, HID headlights with an active front lighting system, and a reconfigurable 7-inch LCD gauge display.
Cadenza buyers can also upgrade to a Technology package ($6,000), which includes everything in the Luxury package plus a blind-spot detection system, lane-departure warning system, advanced smart cruise control system, and an electronic parking brake. Additionally, models with the Technology package are equipped with 19-inch aluminum wheels and what Kia terms "hydrophobic" front window glass that repels water for improved outward visibility.
