2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Pricing Announced

Calling its new 2013 Santa Fe "the most affordable 7-passenger crossover on the market," Hyundai announced official pricing for the redesigned SUV. For the purposes of clarity, the new Santa Fe is offered as a 5-passenger model called the Santa Fe Sport and as a 7-passenger model called the Santa Fe. The Santa Fe replaces the Veracruz in the automaker's lineup and is equipped with an extended wheelbase and unique styling elements.

The 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe is offered in GLS and Limited trim levels with a standard 3.3-liter V-6 engine and front-wheel drive. The Santa Fe GLS starts at $29,195 including the $845 destination charge. All-wheel drive is optional, adding $1,750 to the price of the SUV. The Santa Fe Limited with AWD starts at $35,695 and rolls off the showroom floor for $39,650 with every option box checked.

Standard equipment for the Santa Fe GLS includes 18-inch aluminum wheels, Driver Selectable Steering Mode system, hill-start assist, Downhill Brake Control, 7 air bags including a driver knee air bag, Bluetooth connectivity, Blue Link telematics system, and stain-resistant cloth upholstery. Hyundai's 5-year/60,000-mile standard warranty and 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty are also standard for this model. Upgrades include a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated steering wheel, premium sound system, touch-screen navigation system, reversing camera, leather, power heated front seats, heated second-row seats, and more.

The 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS and Santa Fe Limited models go on sale at the end of February, 2013.
