2013 Hyundai Veloster RE:MIX Spins Out of SEMA Show

The new Veloster RE:MIX is based on the standard Hyundai Veloster with the 138-horsepower, 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine, with changes primarily cosmetic in nature. The Veloster RE:MIX is equipped with projector-beam headlights, LED running lights, LED taillights, and fog lights. Finished in special Sprint Gray paint, the Veloster RE:MIX features a unique body kit, upgraded exterior trim, and Gunmetal 18-inch aluminum wheels. A Disco graphics package is optional, as well as P215/40ZR18 Michelin Pilot Super Sport performance tires.
Inside, the 2013 Veloster RE:MIX is equipped with a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, LED interior lighting kit, RE:MIX floor mats, and a Proximity Key system with push-button ignition. Perhaps more important to the target buyer--younger consumers--the Veloster RE:MIX supplies a standard 460-watt Dimension premium sound system with satellite radio, auxiliary audio input jack, iPod connection, USB port, and a 7-inch touch screen.
Veloster RE:MIX pricing starts at $19,900, plus a $775 destination charge. The car goes on sale before Christmas 2012.
