World Car of the Year Finalists Announced in Advance of 2013 New York Auto Show

The World Car Awards program, which is judged by 66 automotive journalists from 23 countries and is informed by both green technology and design experts, has announced its finalists in four categories in advance of giving final awards at the 2013 New York Auto Show. Last year, the panelists voted the 2012 Volkswagen Up! as its World Car of the Year.
