2013 Porsche Panamera Offered as New Platinum Edition Model

For 2013, Porsche is offering a new special-edition version of the 300-horsepower Panamera and Panamera 4 models, the least expensive--and least powerful--versions of this model.

The new 2013 Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition is available in five colors, all shades of black, white, gray, or brown and trimmed with Platinum Silver exterior accents. The new version offers appearance features from the Panamera Turbo, in the form of grille gills and 19-inch aluminum wheels with full-color Porsche crests. Additionally, the Panamera Platinum Edition is equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management, front and rear park-assist sensors and a Porsche Dynamic Lighting System with bi-xenon headlights.

Inside, the 2013 Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition provides a 2-tone Black/Beige color scheme and partial-leather seats. A full leather interior is optional. The standard equipment list includes 14-way power front seats with memory, heated front and rear seats, heated Sport Design steering wheel, and a 585-watt surround-sound system with 14 speakers.

When the new 2013 Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition goes on sale, it will cost $81,475 with rear-wheel drive, and $85,575 in all-wheel-drive Panamera 4 format.
